During the course of the season, we welcome a large number of visiting clubs to Aberfeldy for a variety of competitions and friendly matches. These games are the lifeblood of bowling and are played in the spirit of friendship and fellowship greatly  enjoyed by bowlers. New members are always welcome. If you are interested in becoming a member, please visit the membership section and complete the application form.

We warmly welcome visitors to the Club and encourage residents and tourists alike to take advantage of the green and bowling facilities at Aberfeldy Bowling Club. The green is open from early April until the end of September and is set in Victoria Park amid the beautiful surroundings of the Tay valley. You are cordially invited to come and enjoy a game of bowls at the Club or even just to come along and sit and watch. Bowls, jacks, mats, etc are available in the old clubhouse. More info can be found on the 'Bowling with us' page.

The Club was formed on 16 May 1861 after Lord Breadalbane, a local landowner, granted the Club use of ground in the town. As a result, the members decreed that "one rink be always at the disposal  of tourists visiting the Breadalbane Arms Hotel and strangers residing in the village". See the 'Our History' page for our full story.
